Russell, 27, of 681 McKean Ave., Donora; pleaded guilty in November 2009 to receiving stolen property; charged Oct. 9, 2008 for possessing a stolen video game system; sentence – 139 days to 23 months in jail with credit for time served, first three months of probation to be served on intensive supervision, drug and alcohol evaluation.
